L-Arginine is an amino acid from which nitric oxide (NO) is synthesized. NO is a signaling molecule that allows the cells to communicate with one another. NO is also a vasodilator, which means it relaxes the blood vessels. Therefore, NO enhances blood flow, oxygen flow, and nutrient uptake in the body.  In these ways, L-Arginine plays a role in repairing any damage caused to the skin by environmental factors or aging and restores a youthful look to the skin, and it also improves the flow of blood to the scalp and the base of hair follicles, promoting growth of thick, healthy hair.

Paprika is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which help absorb the free radicals that breakdown collagen. It is a vasodilator that enhances the circulation to your skin, thereby improving the appearance of your skin. It also stimulates hair growth by improving circulation to the scalp while maintaining hair color and preventing hair loss.

L-Methionine is an amino acid that promotes hair growth, strong nails, and youthful and healthy skin. Along with L-Cysteine, L-Methionine forms keratin, a major protein component of the skin, hair, and nails.

L-Proline is an amino acid that is one of the main components of collagen and cartilage and also maintains muscle tissue.

Aloe is known as the ultimate skin healer, moisturizer, and softener. It contains two hormones that reduce skin inflammation through their wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe also promotes the healthy growth, strength, nutrition, and moisture of hair.

L-Ornithine is an amino acid used by the body to synthesize L-Arginine, which in turn increases NO production in the body. NO enhances blood flow, oxygen flow, and nutrient uptake in the body. L-Ornithine is involved in detoxification and supports wound healing.

Cinnamon has antiseptic and antimicrobial properties and rids the body of toxins, rids the skin of breakouts, and boosts the immune system. Cinnamon also nourishes the scalp and stimulates hair growth. It stimulates blood vessels and increases collagen production.

L-Glutamine is an amino acid and antioxidant that can combat the effects of aging on your skin. It is essential for hair growth. L-Glutamine maintains your skin’s pH balance.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is essential for collagen production. It is important for hair growth and maintaining hair strength. Vitamin C also protects our nails and strengthens our skin, connective tissue, bones, and blood vessel walls.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a precursor of L-Cysteine, which forms keratin.  Keratin is a major component of skin, hair, and nails. NAC promotes faster hair growth and reduces hair loss. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that rid the body of harmful free radicals and peroxides and improve cell health in the liver and skin, which enhance the appearance of your skin, hair, nails, and eyes.

Himalayan Salt has anti-inflammatory properties. It increases the quality of sleep, energy, concentration, weight loss, and noticeable nail and hair growth.

L-Alanine is an amino acid that is one of the components of collagen. It protects the firm, youthful appearance of skin.

Burdock Root has anti-bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties that promote healthy skin and scalp and also combat hair loss and dandruff.

Nettle Leaf is an anti-inflammatory that benefits the skin in treating acne and combats skin diseases such as eczema. It helps battle hair loss and promotes re-growth while treating dandruff.

Citrus Bioflavonoids can defend your skin against the damaging effects of stress, pollution, and aging. They improve immune function and maintain healthy bones, nails, skin, hair, and strong blood vessels.

L-Citrulline is amino acid that is converted to L-Arginine in the body. In turn, this increases NO production. NO enhances blood flow, oxygen flow, and nutrient uptake in the body.

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that builds proteins and maintains healthy and youthful hair, skin, and nails. L-Lysine plays an integral role in the formation of collagen and elastin, which are crucial for firm, taut, and smooth skin.

Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant that fights cell-damaging free radicals. CoQ10 diminishes the appearance of fine lines and has rejuvenating effects on the skin.

Choline is essential for producing the fatty portions of cell membranes and for producing energy, collagen, and elastin. Choline also has antioxidant properties that preserve the skin’s elasticity and prevent free radical damage to your skin cells. It can reduce brittleness in hair and nails.

Magnesium is required by every cell in the body for different enzymatic reactions. Magnesium prevents stress-related hair loss and development of ridges on the nails.

Calcium is well-known for strengthening bones, teeth, and hair. Calcium is also found in the epidermis, the skin’s outermost layer. Calcium helps regulate how fast new skin cells are produced to replace the old skin cells. Calcium also helps the skin to retain moisture.

The B-Complex Vitamins, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12, are critical for healthy skin, hair, and nails.

Zinc is required for numerous reactions in the cell. It is especially critical in rapidly dividing cells like the cells that produce skin, hair, and nails. It also protects the skin from infection and controls inflammation.

Vitamins E and A are antioxidants that protect the cell and prevent the destruction of collagen. They also improve blood circulation to support healthy hair and nail growth.

Vitamin D3 is critical for skin, hair, and nails. It has antioxidant properties that protect the skin. It also stimulates hair growth and is necessary for nail integrity.
